Process optimization and control
Yield improvement
Production troubleshooting
Monitoring and improving process performance on TOPCon production lines

Mandatory Requirements
Direct, hands-on experience in TOPCon solar cell manufacturing
Experience with an established solar cell manufacturing facility
Strong experience in process engineering, production,



or process management within TOPCon cell manufacturing
Fluent English communication – reading, writing, understanding and speaking
Willingness to take up an expatriate assignment in India
Comfortable working in a solar manufacturing / production setting
