Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Specialist role based in New Delhi. The Inside Sales Specialist will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to inquiries, and present Milagrow’s service robot solutions to prospective and existing customers. Daily responsibilities include qualifying leads, maintaining and updating the sales pipeline, preparing quotations, and following up to close sales in line with revenue targets.



The role involves collaborating with marketing and customer service teams to ensure a smooth customer journey, addressing product-related questions, and supporting post-sale engagement to encourage repeat business. The Inside Sales Specialist will also gather customer feedback and market insights to help refine sales strategies and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales skills, including lead qualification, chance management, and closing techniques.
Candidates should possess Lead Generation capabilities to identify, nurture, and convert prospective customers through calls, emails, and digital channels.
Candidates should possess Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to manage inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written abilities and confident phone and video call presence.
