Work you'll do

As a Senior, Tax Services on the US Business Tax team, you will be responsible for…

Reviewing tax workpapers, allocations, and U.S. federal, state, and local partnership and trust tax returns and computations for financial services clients.
Supporting U.S. tax compliance engagements by preparing materials and research for compliance and consulting projects, including tax planning work.
Requesting, gathering,



and organizing tax information from clients and third parties.
Communicating with clients regarding tax return positions, filing requirements, and payment instructions.
Training, mentoring, and supervising junior team members.

The team

Deloitte India (Offices of the Caribbean and Bermuda Countries [CBC]) US Tax Compliance Group based in Hyderabad specializes in three core areas: US partnership federal, state, and local tax return preparation, electronic filing of the returns and research and writing tax technical memorandums on a range of topics related to US partnership taxation in an international context. On taking up a position with the US team, you will have the opportunity to focus on at least two of these core specialties.
