About the Role
Looking for a hands-on Influencer Marketing Executive to manage creator discovery, outreach and the execution of influencer campaigns.

This role requires the candidate to build and manage a strong network of creators across nano, micro and macro categories.
The ideal candidate should have a genuine interest in India's creator ecosystem, strong communication and coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple fast-paced campaigns while maintaining quality and timelines.

Key Responsibilities
1. Influencer Discovery and outreach
Identify relevant creators based on brand briefs, target audiences, platforms and campaign objectives.
Build and continuously expand a strong creator network, with a particular focus on regional, Tier 2/3, nano and micro creators.
Conduct creator outreach and maintain an active pipeline for ongoing and upcoming campaigns.
Identify emerging and high-potential creators early.
Stay updated on creators, content trends and internet culture.




Build and maintain robust working relationships with creators, talent managers.
2. Campaign execution
Manage multiple influencer campaigns from creator identification and outreach through execution and going live.
Manage creator shortlisting, outreach, negotiations, onboarding, content coordination, approvals and campaign delivery.
Clearly communicate campaign briefs, deliverables, timelines and brand expectations to creators.
Work with creators to ensure content remains authentic to their voice while meeting brand and campaign requirements.
Navigate brand and product integrations to ensure they are natural, relevant and effective.
Proactively resolve execution challenges with urgency to ensure campaigns remain on track.
Maintain high standards of quality control and attention to detail across campaign deliverables.
3. Negotiations & creator management
