Alohi is looking for a Creative Head cum Content Creator to lead our creative storytelling and content strategy across social media and digital platforms.
We're looking for someone who can go beyond simply creating content — someone who can conceptualize, shoot, edit, strategize and execute.

The person joining us should be capable of saying:

"Give me the objective, and I will figure out how to turn it into an OG GOAT content."

? What You'll Do
Lead Alohi's creative direction and visual storytelling.
Shoot and professionally edit photos and videos for social media, campaigns and digital platforms.
Create engaging Reels, Shorts, carousels, destination films, stories and other formats.
Develop and maintain monthly and weekly content calendars.
Develop creative concepts, scripts, hooks, captions and campaign ideas.
Stay updated with Instagram, YouTube,



LinkedIn and other social media trends.
Use analytics and insights to understand what works and continuously improve content.
Develop content around Northeast India's destinations, culture, people, communities and experiences.
Work closely with the founders and operations team to turn travel experiences into compelling stories.
Leverage AI tools for content ideation, research, scripting, editing, repurposing and creative workflows.
Manage projects independently while collaborating effectively with the wider team.

?️ What We're Looking For
Solid photography and video editing skills.
Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop and Premiere Pro.
Working knowledge of After Effects and motion graphics.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and current content trends.
Understanding of digital marketing and content strategy.
Experience with content calendars, scripting and campaign planning.
Strong storytelling and creative
