About the Role
PASHUPATASTRA SOLUTIONS is looking for an experienced and hands-on Marketing Manager to strengthen our brand presence, generate qualified business opportunities, and drive the company’s overall digital marketing strategy.
The ideal candidate should have strong practical experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, Content Strategy, Brand Building, Lead Generation, SEO, Campaign Management, and AI-enabled marketing.
This role requires someone who can independently transform business objectives into marketing strategies, campaigns, content, and measurable growth initiatives.
Experience in IT Services, Software Development, Technology Consulting, SaaS, or B2B Technology will be strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business growth objectives.




Create monthly and quarterly marketing plans with clear campaigns, channels, budgets, and KPIs.
Define target industries, buyer personas, decision-makers, and market opportunities.
Develop marketing strategies for Software Development, AI/ML, Cloud, Digital Transformation, and IT Consulting services.
Monitor competitors, market trends, positioning, and emerging technologies.
Performance Marketing & Lead Generation
Plan, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and relevant platforms.
Manage targeting, audience segmentation, keywords, creatives, landing pages, budgets, and bidding.
Optimize CPL, CAC, conversion rates, lead quality, and campaign ROI.
Build lead-generation campaigns, remarketing campaigns, and conversion funnels.
Track leads from campaign source through sales qualification.
Content & Brand Strategy
Develop and manage the company’s content calendar.
