Role Description:
The Assistant Sales Manager, Spray Lacquer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Maharashtra, India.
The individual in this role will support sales operations for spray lacquer products by managing client accounts,



maintaining relationships with distributors and industrial customers, and identifying new business opportunities in target markets.
Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting product presentations and demonstrations, coordinating with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery, and monitoring sales performance against targets.
The role also involves gathering market intelligence, analyzing competitor activities, and providing feedback to internal teams to refine pricing, marketing, and product strategies.
The Assistant Sales Manager will prepare regular sales reports, participate in trade shows or customer events as needed, and uphold company standards for quality, safety, and customer service.
