Within our Government & Public Services (G&PS;) practice, we partner with central and state governments, multilateral agencies, and development organizations to design and implement high-impact programs that drive inclusive economic growth and sustainable development.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Capacity Building & Training Specialist to support large-scale public sector transformation and livelihood initiatives. The role will focus on designing, developing, and implementing capacity-building interventions for government stakeholders and program beneficiaries through both digital and classroom-based training methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement comprehensive capacity-building and training strategies aligned with project objectives.
Develop training curricula, content, toolkits, learning modules, facilitator guides,



and assessment frameworks.
Conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNA) and identify learning gaps among stakeholders.
Plan and deliver workshops, training sessions, webinars, and orientation programs for government officials and partner organizations.
Leverage digital learning platforms and technology-enabled training solutions to enhance learning outcomes.
Coordinate with government departments, implementation agencies, and project teams for smooth execution of training initiatives.
Develop monitoring and evaluation mechanisms to assess training effectiveness and impact.
Maintain training databases, participant records, learning reports, and progress dashboards.
Support preparation of project reports, presentations, knowledge products, and stakeholder communication materials.
Ensure quality assurance and adherence to project timelines and deliverables.

Educational Qualification:
Master's Degree
