Role Description The Head of Client Management is a full time, remote role responsible for overseeing client relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of Realtytics & BMS performance marketing solutions. This role includes leading client onboarding, understanding client business goals,



and translating them into strategic plans and campaigns in partnership with internal marketing and analytics teams. The Head of Client Management will supervise and mentor client-facing team members, coordinate cross-functional collaboration, and monitor account performance to ensure consistent value and measurable results. Daily responsibilities include managing key accounts, resolving client issues, preparing and presenting performance reports, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and contributing to the continuous improvement of client service processes and standards.

Qualifications
Strong Business Relationship Management skills to build trust, manage expectations, and maintain long-term client partnerships.
