Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role located in the Greater Kolkata Area.



The Sales Manager will lead and manage a sales team to achieve revenue and policy sales targets across health insurance product lines, including retail, group, and micro insurance solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing sales strategies, monitoring performance metrics, conducting regular reviews, and providing coaching and support to team members.
