nMeru Activs is a D2C brand specialising in nutritional supplements for India's 50+. We currently sell on our own website and Amazon India, and are rapidly expanding to new marketplaces.

nRoles and Responsibilities

- n
- Day-to-day Tally entries, ledger and bank reconciliationn
- Taxation : GST computation, TDS, return filingn
- Monthly P&L; and balance sheet preparation (with provisions)n
- Tracking of CM1, CM2, and CM3 profitabilityn
- PO, payment managementn
- Ongoing investor-grade MIS reportingn
- Being the go-to point person for audit and compliance documentationn

nQualification
n
- n
- CA-Inter/semi-qualified, or M.Com or MBA Finance with strong hands-on Tally, GST, and TDS experiencen
- 4+ years of experience, with a strong preference for a D2C or e-commerce backgroundn
- Robust grasp of contribution margin analysis and cost structuresn
- Documentation disciplinen

- Exposure to investor due diligencen
- Experience building or improving a reconciliation process from scratch, not just following onen
- Familiarity with Shopify, Uniware, or Shiprocket, or a similar D2C ops stackn
