Role Description This is a full-time, in office role based in Vashi, Navi Mumbai for Zonal Sales Manager (ZSM), Regional Sales Manager (RSM), and Area Sales Manager (ASM) positions in secured loans. The role involves overseeing sales operations for secured loan products, managing assigned territories, and driving business growth through effective planning and execution. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying and onboarding new channel partners and clients, and maintaining relationships with existing partners and customers.

The manager will monitor performance metrics,



ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and support field teams with training, guidance, and regular reviews. The role also requires close coordination with internal departments, market analysis, and timely reporting to senior leadership on sales performance and opportunities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong sales and business development skills in secured loan products, including experience in retail or SME lending.
- Candidates should possess territory management, team leadership, and mentoring skills to effectively guide ZSM, RSM, or ASM-level teams.
- Candidates should possess client relationship management and negotiation skills to build and maintain partnerships with customers and channel partners.
- Candidates should possess analytical and reporting skills, including proficiency in tracking sales performance, forecasting, and market analysis.
- Candidates should possess communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders and present sales plans and results clearly.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field is preferred; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Relevant experience in secured loan sales in banking, NBFCs, or financial services, with a proven track record of achieving targets, is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Navi Mumbai, travel within the assigned region as needed, and adapt to dynamic market conditions.
