About The Vision Stack The Vision Stack helps businesses simplify their operations through Zoho implementation, automation, and user training. We work with businesses to understand their requirements, configure Zoho applications, automate processes, and provide ongoing support.

We are looking for a Zoho CRM & Zoho Books Consultant who can independently handle client support and confidently conduct product demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities

Client Support

- Handle day-to-day client queries related to Zoho CRM and Zoho Books
- Understand client issues and provide practical solutions
- Troubleshoot configuration, workflow, automation, and transaction-related issues
- Manage and follow up on support requests until resolution
- Guide clients on the correct usage of Zoho applications
- Maintain proper documentation of solutions and client requirements

Product Demos

- Conduct professional Zoho CRM and Zoho Books demos for prospective clients
- Understand the prospect's business requirements before the demo
- Demonstrate relevant features based on the client's actual business process
- Explain how Zoho can solve business problems and improve processes
- Answer client questions confidently during demos
- Prepare demo accounts, sample data, and workflows when required

Implementation & Configuration
- Assist with Zoho CRM and Zoho Books implementations
- Configure modules, fields, layouts, workflows, reports, roles, permissions, etc.
- Assist with automation and integrations
- Understand business processes and suggest suitable Zoho solutions
- Coordinate with clients during implementation and testing
- Provide user training when required

Required Skills

- Practical knowledge of Zoho CRM
- Practical knowledge of Zoho Books
- Good understanding of CRM and accounting/business processes




- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Positive communication and presentation skills
- Ability to communicate with business owners and decision-makers
- Ability to conduct client-facing demos independently
- Good documentation and follow-up skills
- Willingness to learn other Zoho applications

Certification

Preferred

- Zoho CRM Certified OR
- Zoho Books Certified

Candidates with certification in either CRM or Books are also encouraged to apply if they have robust practical knowledge of the other application.

- Zoho Analytics
- Zoho Forms
- Zoho Creator
- Deluge scripting
- API and third-party integrations
- Experience with Indian GST and accounting processes
- Previous experience in Zoho implementation or consulting
