We are looking for an experienced YouTube professional with 5-8 years of experience in YouTube operations, digital content, music, media, entertainment or a related digital platform environment.

The candidate should have strong hands-on experience managing YouTube content and operations, with a positive understanding of YouTube's ecosystem, analytics, monetisation, copyright and Content ID. Experience with YouTube SRAV / Music CMS is mandatory, with the candidate expected to have practical knowledge of working with music assets, claims, references, ownership and related CMS workflows.

Key areas of experience:

- YouTube channel and content operations
- Managing content publishing, scheduling, metadata and channel organisation
- YouTube Analytics and performance reporting
- Understanding of YouTube monetisation and revenue metrics
- Hands-on experience with YouTube SRAV / Music CMS
- Understanding of YouTube Content ID, copyright claims and disputes
- Working knowledge of music assets, ISRC, UPC, metadata and rights/ownership
- Managing claims, references and ownership-related workflows within YouTube CMS
- Identifying and resolving content, rights and operational issues
- Coordination with content,



marketing, distribution, rights and other internal teams
- Managing multiple projects, releases and operational timelines
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets and data-analysis skills
- Good attention to detail and ability to identify issues and inconsistencies
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently as well as coordinate with multiple stakeholders

Preferred experience:

- Experience working with a music label, digital distributor, MCN or rights-management company
- Experience managing music content and catalogues on YouTube
- Good understanding of YouTube policies and copyright processes
- Experience working with YouTube support teams on operational or rights-related issues
- Experience handling a high volume of content and operational requests

Someone with strong overall YouTube experience who has developed hands-on expertise in YouTube SRAV / Music CMS and music rights workflows and can independently manage day-to-day YouTube operations while coordinating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
