Key skills required

· Design, develop, and support Workday integrations using:

o Workday Studio o Core Connectors (HCM, Finance, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Recruiting)

o Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)

- Work with REST and SOAP APIs, XML, XSLT, and JSON
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration and interface failures
- Support Workday releases, enhancements, and ongoing production issues
- Collaborate with functional consultants and stakeholders to deliver end‐to‐end solutions

Your Profile
- Integration certification along with certification in Studio or PECI or Extend is mandatory
- Overall 5+ years of IT experience in the integration space, with 3+ years of hands‐on Workday experience across implementations, rollouts, and AMS projects
- Experience delivering end‐to‐end Workday technical architecture solutions




- Strong expertise in end‐to‐end Workday integration implementation with a clear understanding of the overall integration landscape
- Experience working with Customer Central and interacting with client stakeholders
- Ability to conduct technical workshops for requirement gathering and solution design
- Client‐facing experience with a strong understanding of Workday technical architecture
- Hands‐on experience with middleware and integration technologies
- Proven experience defining and building interfaces using:

o Core Connectors o EIB o PICOF / PECI o Studio integrations (Inbound & Outbound)

o Payroll Interfaces o Extend o Experience with advanced, matrix, and composite reports and calculated fields o Experience with Studio integrations and Boomerang is highly preferred o Valuable understanding of Workday tenant management and deployment processes
