We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to help us introduce our School ERP + School Website Solution to schools.
? What You’ll Be Selling A complete digital solution for schools that includes:
✅ School ERP Management System
✅ Professional School Website
✅ Automated ERP Setup after School Registration
✅ Easy-to-use digital management solution
✅ Support for schools during onboarding
? Your Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with schools
- Contact School Owners, Directors, Principals & Management
- Generate qualified leads
- Schedule and conduct product demos
- Understand school requirements
- Explain ERP features, benefits & pricing
- Follow up with prospects and close sales
- Maintain regular sales updates
? Compensation
- Commission-Based Opportunity – No Fixed Salary
- ? ₹5,000 commission for every successfully closed school
- Commission will be paid after the school’s payment is received.
- This is a great prospect for someone who already has school contacts, education-sector connections, or strong field-sales experience.
? We’re Looking For
- Sales / Business Development experience preferred
- Experience in selling software/ERP/SaaS is a plus
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Confident in speaking with school management
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- School/education industry contacts will be an advantage
