Guest Experience & Operations Lead — Vijayawada

RetireHow is an early-stage Canadian retirement-lifestyle venture developing Cost Escape™—helping retirees from Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom make their retirement money go further through seasonal living and cultural and travel experiences in South India.

We’re looking for a hands-on person to work directly with the founder, help build our Vijayawada operations and support an initial Proof of Concept of 5–8 participants.

The role

- Evaluate accommodation and build relationships with transportation, housekeeping, travel and other local service providers
- Establish practical guest-service standards and coordinate vendors
- Organize arrivals, help guests settle in and resolve day-to-day problems

Initial work will focus on operations readiness, with guest support beginning as the Proof of Concept proceeds.Who you are

Ideally, you have 2–3 years of experience in airlines, hospitality, guest relations, travel or a comparable service industry, including serving customers or guests in English.

You want to build a career as part of a founding operations team.



You bring an entrepreneurial mindset, sound judgment and reliability, and are comfortable taking initiative and handling different responsibilities.

Fluency in English and Telugu, and the ability to be based in Vijayawada throughout the engagement, are required.

The opportunity

- Initial project-based engagement: approximately 3–4 months
- Indicative start: December 1, 2026
- Compensation: ₹45,000–₹65,000 per month, depending on experience and agreed responsibilities
- Potential discretionary bonus based on commitment and performance

Scope and schedule will be agreed with the selected candidate. Continued involvement may be possible as the program develops. For the right long-term fit, there may also be an prospect to participate in the future growth of the business.Apply
