? Position: Civil Supervisor

? Employment: Full time | On-Site

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Civil Supervisor to manage day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth, timely and quality execution of civil works.

? Key Responsibilities• Supervise daily civil construction & site activities

- Manage labour, contractors and subcontractors
- Ensure execution as per drawings, specifications & quality standards
- Monitor site progress, measurements and material usage
- Maintain DPRs, site records and work documentation
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors and management
- Ensure proper safety, quality and housekeeping at site
- Identify and resolve site-level issues to maintain project timelines

? Candidate Profile• Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred
- Relevant experience in civil construction/site supervision




- Good knowledge of construction work, measurements & drawings
- Strong manpower handling and site coordination skills
- Good communication and reporting ability
- Ability to take ownership and work efficiently at project sites
