Position: CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Executive

Industry: Textile / Garment / Apparel

Location: [Ahmedabad]

Reporting To: Sales/Marketing Manager or CRM Head

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and update customer information in the CRM system

- Handle client queries, follow-ups, and service requests promptly

- Support sales teams by providing accurate client data and insights

- Coordinate order processing and ensure timely delivery updates

- Generate CRM reports for sales and marketing departments

- Monitor client satisfaction and escalate issues as needed

- Ensure regular communication with clients regarding product updates and order status





- Help implement CRM strategies to enhance customer retention

- Analyze customer feedback and trends to support business growth

- Maintain a strong relationship with key clients in the textile industry

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

- 1–3 years of CRM or customer service experience (preferably in textiles)

- Robust communication and organizational skills

- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot)

- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
