What We're Looking For

- A hands-on and detail-oriented warehouse professional who can manage day-to-day warehouse activities efficiently.
- Experience in e-commerce, D2C, retail, warehouse or fulfilment operations, preferably in a multi-channel environment.
- Good understanding of inbound, storage, picking, packing, dispatch and inventory processes.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy while handling inventory and orders.
- Ability to coordinate with warehouse teams, logistics partners and internal stakeholders for smooth operations.
- Comfortable working with inventory management systems, WMS/OMS or similar operational software.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly identify and resolve operational issues.
- Strong ownership and willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Clear communication skills and a practical, hands-on approach to work.

What You'll Own

1. Warehouse Operations

- Manage day-to-day warehouse activities including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
- Ensure orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and within defined timelines.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure smooth movement of inventory and orders.
- Monitor pending orders, dispatch backlogs and other day-to-day operational issues.
- Ensure proper handling, storage and organization of products within the warehouse.

2. Inventory Management





- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure physical stock matches system inventory.
- Conduct regular stock checks, cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
- Monitor stock movements including inward, outward, transfers and returns.
- Identify inventory discrepancies and coordinate with the relevant teams for resolution.
- Monitor damaged, missing, excess and slow-moving inventory and report discrepancies.

3. Order Processing & Fulfilment

- Process orders received from Salty's website and marketplaces such as Myntra, Flipkart and Amazon.
- Ensure timely picking, packing and handover of orders to logistics partners.
- Coordinate with customer service and operations teams on order-related issues.
- Manage returns and ensure returned products are properly received, checked and updated in the system.
- Ensure fulfilment processes are followed accurately across different sales channels.

4. Logistics Coordination

- Coordinate with courier and logistics partners for timely pickup and dispatch of orders.
- Track pending pickups, failed deliveries, returns and other logistics-related issues.
- Ensure shipments are handed over correctly and within defined timelines.
- Escalate recurring delivery or logistics issues to the relevant team.

5. Systems & Reporting

- Maintain accurate warehouse and inventory data in WMS/OMS or other operational systems.
- Update inward, outward,



transfer and return transactions on the system.
- Prepare basic daily/weekly MIS reports related to inventory, orders and warehouse operations.
- Ensure proper documentation and records are maintained for warehouse activities.
- Support the team in identifying operational gaps and improving day-to-day efficiency.

Requirements

- 3–6 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory, fulfilment, e-commerce operations or a related field.
- Experience in D2C, e-commerce, retail or marketplace businesses is preferred.
- Hands-on experience in inventory management, order fulfilment and warehouse operations.
- Good understanding of inbound, outbound, picking, packing, dispatch and returns processes.
- Experience working with WMS/OMS or inventory management systems; familiarity with Unicommerce/Uniware or similar systems is preferred.
- Good Excel/Google Sheets skills and ability to maintain operational MIS.
- Strong attention to detail, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle day-to-day operational pressure.
- This is a work-from-office role — you must be willing to commute to Okhla, Delhi.

Good to Have

- Prior experience with Unicommerce/Uniware or similar warehouse and inventory management platforms.
- Experience working with Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra and D2C website orders.
- Experience in a fashion, apparel, accessories or retail business.
- Experience handling high SKU volumes and/or high daily order volumes.
- Experience coordinating with 3PL, courier or logistics partners.
- Solid Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and basic MIS reporting.
