Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with customers over calls and understand their insurance requirements.
- Promote and sell life insurance products.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Eligibility:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in telesales, preferably in BFSI/Insurance, is an advantage.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented with a customer-focused approach.
