About the RoleWe are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media & Content Manager to lead our online presence, grow engagement, and create content that showcases our work and impact across digital platforms.

The ideal candidate should have strong social media management skills, along with hands-on experience in content creation, photography, video shooting, and video editing.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and publish engaging content including graphics, photos, videos, reels, captions, and stories across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Shoot photos and videos of programmes, events, activities,



and stories as and when required.
- Edit videos and photographs to create high-quality, engaging social media content.
- Manage the uploading and scheduling of content across all social media platforms.
- Write clear, engaging, and impactful captions and content that communicate our work effectively.
- Run and monitor basic Meta Ads campaigns, including boosting posts, setting audiences, and tracking results.
- Track and analyse social media performance, including reach, engagement, audience growth, and conversions, and prepare regular reports.
- Work with designers, video editors, programme teams, and other relevant people to develop content.
- Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices and suggest new ideas to improve engagement.
- Ensure all content reflects the organisation’s values and follows appropriate child protection, safeguarding, privacy, and media guidelines.

Skills & Requirements
- Solid knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Good content writing, copywriting, and communication skills.
- Strong creative skills with an eye for photography, video, and visual storytelling.
- Experience in video shooting and editing using relevant editing tools/software.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads and social media analytics.
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and take initiative.
- Experience working with an NGO or social-impact organisation will be an advantage.
