About the Role

We are looking for a creative and energetic Video/Reel Creator & Editor who can create engaging short-form video content for social media and digital marketing channels.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn videos, trends, storytelling, and video editing. You will be responsible for taking ideas/concepts and converting them into visually appealing and engaging content.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, shoot, edit, and publish engaging Reels, Shorts, and social media videos.
- Develop creative video concepts based on marketing campaigns, company activities, products, services, and trends.
- Shoot videos using cameras, smartphones, and other recording equipment.
- Edit videos with appropriate cuts, transitions, effects, subtitles, music, sound effects, and animations.
- Create content suitable for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, reel formats, sounds, editing styles, and viral content.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative team to understand content requirements.
- Convert scripts, ideas, or raw footage into polished and engaging videos.




- Create basic motion graphics, text animations, and visual effects where required.
- Maintain consistency with the company's brand identity and visual style.
- Manage and organize raw footage, project files, and final video assets.
- Make revisions based on feedback and deliver content within deadlines.
- Support the team in photoshoots, corporate events, employee activities, and promotional campaigns when required.

Required Skills

- 6 Months – 2 Years of experience in video creation and video editing.
- Good knowledge of short-form content creation, especially Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design and motion graphics is an advantage.
- Good understanding of video composition, lighting, framing, transitions, and storytelling.
- Ability to identify and use relevant social media trends.
- Good sense of creativity, timing, music selection, and visual aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Valuable communication and time-management skills.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree/diploma in visual communication, Multimedia, Animation, Film, Mass Communication, Design, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Candidates with strong practical experience and an impressive portfolio may also be considered.
