Video Editor × Creative Strategist

UNTLD is building a skincare and haircare brand from scratch, and we’re looking for a Video Editor × Creative Strategist to join us at the very beginning.

This isn’t just an editing role. You’ll be one of the first creative minds shaping how UNTLD looks, feels and shows up online from the first idea to the final edit.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Create scroll-stopping, high-retention short-form content for social media and digital campaigns.
- Ideate content from scratch - hooks, trends, formats and original concepts.
- Own and evolve UNTLD’s visual + narrative identity across platforms.
- Turn ideas into content, from “what if we tried this?” → concept → execution → final edit.
- Track what’s working, spot what’s next and keep pushing the creative bar.

YOU MIGHT BE OUR PERSON IF…

- You understand hooks, pacing, storytelling and internet attention.
- Video editing is your strongest skill and you know how to make an edit feel effortless.
- You’re fluent in editing tools and curious about AI-powered creative tools that help you work smarter.
- You naturally keep up with trends, creators, formats and internet culture.
- You have a strong visual eye, lots of ideas and the confidence to challenge a brief.




- You enjoy building without a playbook — because you get to help write it.

REQUIREMENTS

- Excellent video editing skills are NON-NEGOTIABLE.
- Strong understanding of short-form content and social media.
- Hands-on experience with qualified + AI-powered editing/creative tools.
- A portfolio that demonstrates your editing ability and creative range.
- Curiosity, initiative and a genuine desire to build.

Full-Time: This role is suited for editors with professional editing experience who can independently take projects from raw footage to a polished final output.

Internship: We welcome students and freshers who are passionate about editing, cinema, and storytelling and are eager to learn and build their craft.
