Role Description The Video Editor at Social Sthaan will be responsible for editing and assembling raw video footage into polished, engaging content for digital marketing campaigns, social media, advertisements, and brand storytelling. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with the creative and marketing teams, organizing footage, applying transitions and effects, refining audio, and ensuring videos align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. The role also involves creating short-form and long-form video content, optimizing formats for different platforms, and contributing ideas to improve visual narratives and audience engagement.

This is a full time hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility.





Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing.
- 1-3 years of experience as a video editor.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to maintain consistent visual tone and quality.
- Proficiency in industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects) is beneficial.
- Strong visual storytelling ability, attention to detail, and an understanding of social media and digital marketing content formats are preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to feedback is expected
