Role Description The Video Editor role at Rachnakar Designs is a full-time, on-site position based in Agra.

The Video

Editor will edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos for marketing campaigns, social media, brand storytelling, and promotional content. Daily responsibilities include selecting shots, trimming and sequencing clips, adding transitions, audio, music, and effects, and collaborating with designers and marketers to align videos with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. The role involves color grading, integrating motion graphics, and optimizing video formats for various digital platforms.





The Video

Editor will participate in brainstorming sessions, maintain organized project files, and meet deadlines while ensuring visual consistency and quality across all video deliverables.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Video Production skills, including planning, shooting coordination, and familiarity with production workflows.
- Candidates should possess advanced Video Editing skills, using professional editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools).
- Candidates should possess Video Color Grading skills to enhance visual tone, mood, and consistency across projects.
- Candidates should possess Motion Graphics skills to create engaging animations, titles, and visual elements for digital content.
- Candidates should possess Graphics skills and a good understanding of design principles, typography, and visual composition.
- Relevant experience in editing content for social media, advertising, and digital campaigns is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work collaboratively in a creative team environment.
- A portfolio showcasing video editing and motion graphics work; formal education in film, media, design, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
