We don't need a degree. We need an eye.

If you can watch a 60-second reel and instantly know what's wrong with the cut — you're already ahead of 90% of applicants.

What you'll actually do:

- Edit short-form content (Reels, Shorts, clips) daily
- Work with raw footage and turn it into something people stop scrolling for
- Bring your own creative instinct — we don't want a robot who follows instructions blindly
- Execute fast. Deadlines are real here.

You're the right fit if:

- You've edited videos for fun, a college project, a friend's page — anything
- You feel something when you see a bad transition or a weak hook
- You can work at pace without sacrificing quality




- You're based in or can commute to Chandigarh (Sector 31D)

What we don't care about:

- Your degree (preferred, not required)
- How many years of "experience" you have on paper
- Whether you've worked at an agency before

What we do care about:

- Your portfolio. Even 3 clips. Show us your taste.
- Your speed. Can you deliver under pressure?
- Your hunger. This is a rapid-moving creative environment.
