Job Summary

We're looking for an AI-native video creator who understands how attention works on digital and social platforms. This role goes beyond editing — the focus is on building scalable, AI-powered video systems that drive engagement, traffic, and pipeline impact. If you understand hooks, retention curves, AI video tools, and platform algorithms, this role is built for you.

What You'll Do

- Create short-form and long-form videos using AI tools
- Develop performance-driven scripts aligned with audience intent
- Use AI platforms such as Runway, Pika, Synthesia, HeyGen, or similar
- Edit and optimize videos for LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and ads
- Build repeatable workflows to scale production
- Repurpose one core video into multiple platform variations
- Test hooks, captions, thumbnails, and formats
- Track and improve key performance metrics

What We're Looking For





- 1–3 years of video creation or editing experience (flag: original stated "2+ years" here, but the top of the JD says "1 year to 3 years" — adjusted to match; confirm which is correct)
- Strong hands-on exposure to AI video tools
- Proficiency in CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar
- Robust understanding of storytelling, pacing, and retention psychology
- Familiarity with social algorithms and YouTube SEO
- Ability to produce high-quality content quickly
- A portfolio showcasing AI-driven or performance-focused videos
