Role Overview:

As VP of Operations, you own the operational backbone of CureMeAbroad end to end, spanning the patient journey, hospital-partner relationships, financials, and post-treatment care. You stay on top of every active case while leading the team and setting the standards that keep operations running reliably at scale. This is a role for someone who can bring structure to a fast-scaling company and operate with minimal oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own the operations strategy end to end, spanning the patient journey, hospital-partner operations, post-treatment care, and compliance
- Lead and manage the operations team, ensuring consistent execution and quality across all active cases
- Stay closely on top of every active case, maintaining full visibility and control across the patient journey
- Own hospital and patient relationships, ensuring trust and consistency on both sides of every case
- Own the financial side of operations, including treatment estimates, billing accuracy, and hospital payment coordination
- Design, govern, and continuously improve SOPs and quality benchmarks across patient documentation, treatment planning, and post-treatment complications or escalations
- Act as the final escalation point for high-stakes, cross-border cases involving hospital leadership
- Own operational metrics, reporting, and forecasting to the CEO




- Build the operational foundation to support CureMeAbroad's expansion into new markets and business verticals

Who We're Looking For:

- 8+ years of experience in operations leadership, ideally in healthcare, hospitality, travel, or another high-touch, multi-stakeholder service industry
- Startup experience, with comfort building structure in a fast-scaling, resource-constrained setting
- Proven track record leading and managing operations teams end to end, across geographies and stakeholders
- Exceptional communication skills, comfortable interfacing with senior stakeholders, including hospital leadership
- Strong analytical skills and financial acumen

Good to Have:

- Experience in medical tourism or cross-border healthcare operations specifically.
- Exposure to handling multiple concurrent, high-value cases with competing priorities.
- Interest in scaling operations across new markets or business verticals.
