Hiring | Sr. VP – Accounts & Finance Location: Mumbai Experience: 8–10 Years PQE Qualification: CA Industry: Jewellery / Precious Metals We are looking for a senior finance skilled to lead the Accounts & Finance function and drive financial control, reporting, compliance and business finance.

Key Responsibilities - Lead financial accounting, reporting, closing and statutory compliance.

- Oversee inventory valuation, costing and financial controls.
- Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax and regulatory compliance.
- Handle banking, working capital, cash flow and forex management.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, MIS and variance analysis.
- Strengthen internal controls, processes and automation.
- Lead and mentor the finance & accounts team.
- Coordinate with auditors,



consultants and external stakeholders.

Key Requirements - CA with 8–10 years of post-qualification experience.

- Experience in jewellery, precious metals or a related industry preferred.
- Strong understanding of inventory, costing and financial controls.
- Strong knowledge of taxation and import/export compliance.
