Petomall – Everything for Every Pet is building an integrated marketplace connecting pet parents with trusted pet products and pet-care service providers.

We are looking for a vendor acquisition executive to identify, approach, and onboard brands, manufacturers, distributors, retailers, and pet-care service providers onto the Petomall platform.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate and follow up with vendor leads.
- Contact brands, distributors, manufacturers, and service providers.
- Explain Petomall’s partnership and onboarding model.
- Collect product catalogues, pricing, MOQ, margins, and required documents.
- Negotiate basic commercial terms with vendors.
- Coordinate vendor onboarding and product/service listing.




- Maintain vendor pipeline and regular follow-ups.
- Support acquisition of vets, groomers, trainers, boarding centres, walkers, and other pet-care providers.
- Achieve monthly vendor onboarding targets.

Preferred Candidate:

- 1–3 years of experience in business development, vendor acquisition, B2B sales, or marketplace operations.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling, meetings, and field visits.
- Target-orientated and able to work in a startup workplace.
- Experience in pet care, e-commerce, FMCG, or retail will be an advantage.
