Position: Vehicle Geometry

Key Skills

- Strong knowledge of GD&T;, stack up analysis and its application in vehicle
- Fit & Finish, Gap & Flush study
- Knowledge in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools like 3D experience and NPDM
- CATIA V5 (3D/2D Drawings & Surfacing)

Key Requirement

- Prepare 2D drawings and 3D models using CATIA
- Define and apply GD&T; symbols and tolerance schemes according to international standards (ASME or ISO) to ensure proper form, fit, and function of parts
- Conduct tolerance stack-up analysis and interference checks
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality control, CAE, and suppliers to resolve issues
- Verify that designs and drawings comply with global regulations, corporate standards, and quality requirements




- Liaison with manufacturing and assembly team for process improvement
- Positive knowledge in fixtures design and assembly process
- Prepare and maintain technical and engineering documentation
- Strong problem-solving, project management & communication skills

Experience: 3-5 Years Education: BE or Master in Mechanical or Relevant
