Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design vision and execution of our digital products. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, a proven track record of delivering impactful designs, and the ability to drive strategic design decisions. This role requires a strong blend of research, conceptualization, prototyping, visual design, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Design Leadership

Lead the entire UX design process from concept to launch, ensuring a user-centric approach throughout.

Define and drive the overall UX strategy for products, aligning with business goals and user needs.

Translate complex user requirements and business objectives into elegant and intuitive design solutions.

Identify design problems, anticipate future needs, and devise innovative solutions.

Contribute to the development and evolution of design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across products.

User Research & Analysis:

Plan, conduct, and analyze various user research methods (e.g., interviews, surveys, usability testing, ethnographic studies, competitive analysis) to gain deep insights into user behaviors, needs, and pain points.

Create detailed user personas, user journeys, empathy maps, and other artifacts to effectively communicate user understanding to the team.





Utilize both qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions and validate assumptions.

Design & Prototyping:

Create wireframes, user flows, site maps, and interactive prototypes (low to high-fidelity) that clearly communicate design concepts and functionality.

Develop visually appealing and accessible user interfaces, adhering to brand guidelines and best practices.

Possess a strong understanding of visual design principles, including typography, color theory, layout, and iconography.

Design for various platforms, including web, mobile (responsive and mobile-first), and potentially emerging technologies (e.g., AR/VR, voice UI).

Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing results, and analytical data.

Collaboration & Communication:

Act as a strong advocate for the user within the organization.

Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, business analysts, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility, technical implementation, and overall product success.

Effectively present design concepts, rationale, and research findings to stakeholders at all levels, incorporating feedback strategically.

Facilitate design workshops and brainstorming sessions.

Mentorship & Quality Assurance:





Mentor and guide junior UI/UX designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering their professional growth.

Ensure the quality and consistency of all design deliverables.

Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience: 7+ years of progressive experience in UI/UX design, with a robust portfolio showcasing a diverse range of projects and demonstrating mastery of the design process.

Technical Proficiency

Expert proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, Axure).

Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles (no coding required, but a good understanding facilitates collaboration).

Experience with design systems and component libraries.
