Role Description The Travel Operations Executive is a full time remote role responsible for managing and coordinating end-to-end travel arrangements for Butler Button users. In this role, you will handle trip planning, booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation, and ensure all reservations are accurate and aligned with traveler preferences and constraints. You will provide travel consulting and real-time support through chat, offering tailored recommendations on itineraries, activities, and services, and resolving issues or changes quickly and professionally.

The role includes monitoring ongoing journeys,



proactively addressing disruptions, and collaborating with internal teams to refine processes and improve the overall traveler experience. You will document interactions, maintain up-to-date travel information, and contribute feedback to enhance Butler Button’s AI-driven operations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Travel Arrangements and Travel Management skills, including end-to-end trip planning, booking, and itinerary coordination.
- Candidates should possess Travel Consulting experience, with the ability to provide tailored destination advice, activity recommendations, and alternative options when plans change.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with a focus on clear written communication in chat-based environments and empathetic support.
- Relevant experience in travel operations, agency work, corporate travel, or hospitality, and familiarity with booking tools, GDS, or online travel platforms is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and comfort working independently in a fast-paced remote setting are important.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends, and prior experience supporting international travel is a plus.
