Job Title: TOSCA Test Automation Lead

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior QE – P3 with strong experience in Oracle Fusion Finance testing to lead test strategy, planning, estimation, execution, and release-readiness activities. The role will focus on risk-based test coverage across P2P, O2C, R2R, period close, quarter close, approvals, reports, and integrations, along with reviewing and optimizing manual and automated regression assets. The candidate will work closely with Finance SMEs, business users, integration teams, and TOSCA automation engineers to ensure quality and successful delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead Oracle Fusion Finance test strategy, planning, estimation, and execution across releases and projects.
- Review, assess, and rationalize existing manual and automated regression test assets to improve coverage and efficiency.
- Define risk-based test coverage for:
- Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
- Order-to-Cash (O2C)
- Record-to-Report (R2R)
- Period Close
- Quarter Close
- Approval workflows
- Financial reports
- Relevant integrations
- Prepare automation-ready test cases including user roles, preconditions, test data, execution steps, and expected results.




- Coordinate with Finance SMEs, business users, integration teams, and TOSCA automation engineers to ensure effective test planning and execution.
- Review TOSCA automation execution results and identify whether failures are related to:
- Application defects
- Automation issues
- Setting issues
- Access/security issues
- Test-data issues
- Lead defect triage activities, including defect analysis, prioritization, tracking, and resolution coordination.
- Prepare and communicate release-readiness reports based on test execution, defect status, risks, and overall quality metrics.
- Lead quarterly parallel runs and support validation of Oracle Fusion Finance business processes and outputs.
- Drive knowledge transfer, documentation, and handover activities to ensure smooth transition and operational readiness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify testing risks, dependencies, and gaps and ensure timely mitigation.
- Support continuous improvement of QA processes, test coverage, automation readiness, and regression testing practices.
