Dear candidate, We are hiring GEM executive Location - Kirti nagar, Delhi Salary - 20k-25k Exp - 1-8yrs Key Responsibilities Manage and monitor the GeM (Government e-Marketplace) portal . Search, evaluate, and participate in relevant GeM bids and tenders. Prepare and submit technical and commercial bids within deadlines. Study tender documents, eligibility criteria, specifications, and terms & conditions. Prepare quotations, cost sheets, and required tender documentation.

Manage

GeM product catalogues, pricing, specifications, images, and documents. Handle different types of GeM bids, including Normal Bid, Custom Bid, Reverse Auction (RA), and Bunch Bid . Track bid status, order processing, delivery, invoices, and payment follow-ups.

Coordinate with purchase, sales, accounts, vendors, and customers. Maintain records of bids, tenders, orders, invoices, and related documentation. Monitor competitor pricing and new business opportunities on GeM.





Ensure accurate and timely submission of all required documents.

Requirements 1–3 years of relevant experience in GeM, e-commerce, tendering, or government bidding preferred. Hands-on knowledge of the GeM portal and bidding process . Understanding of tender documents, BOQs, technical specifications, and compliance requirements.

Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets . Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines. Candidates with experience in government sales/tender management will be preferred.

Education Graduate in any discipline.

Relevant
