Role Description

We are looking for a Telecaller – Event Outreach to join our team in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.

The role will primarily involve reaching out to industry professionals, manufacturers, business owners, OEMs, and other relevant stakeholders to introduce and promote our upcoming industry events.

The Telecaller will be responsible for:

- Making outbound calls to potential delegates and industry professionals.
- Introducing ToolingTales/Maftec events and clearly explaining the event, its relevance, agenda, and participation benefits.
- Inviting relevant professionals to attend and participate in our events.




- Understanding the interests and requirements of the people contacted and guiding them accordingly.
- Following up with interested participants and maintaining regular communication.
- Updating lead and call records accurately.
- Coordinating with the marketing and event teams on registrations and outreach activities.
- Sharing feedback and insights gathered during calls to improve event outreach.
- Maintaining a professional and positive approach in every interaction.

Qualifications

- 2–3 years of experience in telecalling, B2B calling, sales support, event outreach, or a similar role.
- Good command of Hindi and English, with clear and confident communication.
- Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
- Comfortable speaking with senior professionals, business owners, and industry stakeholders.
- Ability to explain information clearly and engage people over the phone.
- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM, spreadsheets, or call-tracking systems.
- Ability to manage daily calling and outreach targets.
- A professional and courteous approach.
- Interest in the manufacturing, tooling, engineering, or industrial sector will be an advantage.
