Roles and Responsibilities:

- Support end-to-end implementation activities for the CRIMS/OMS upgrade program.
- Coordinate solution readiness across application, integration, and environment dependencies.
- Validate upgrade impacts and ensure functional alignment with business requirements.
- Work with internal teams to resolve implementation issues and track delivery milestones.
- Assist in cutover planning, go-live readiness, and post-upgrade stabilization support.

Skills Required:

- 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in technology implementation or application upgrade programs.
- Hands-on experience in technology implementation for enterprise applications.
- Robust understanding of OMS-based application environments and upgrade execution.
- Ability to assess system readiness, dependencies, and release impacts across platforms.
- Experience supporting deployment, validation, and API/integration-related implementation activities.

Good to Have:
- OMS experience in enterprise upgrade or transformation programs.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
