Role & Responsibilities

Role: TSX Voice Executive (Technical Voice Support)

Experience: Fresher – 2 Years

Basic knowledge of computers required

- Provide technical support to customers through chat process
- Resolve customer queries related to software, hardware, internet, and basic troubleshooting
- Deliver accurate and timely resolutions while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Identify, analyze, and escalate complex technical issues when required
- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions and resolutions
- Ensure professional communication and adherence to process guidelines
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Good written communication skills in English required
