Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with over 10 years of IT experience and a strong background in Java or .NET technologies. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience managing enterprise application development projects within the Banking/Financial Services domain is preferred. The candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, managing project delivery, engaging with stakeholders, and ensuring successful execution of technology initiatives.

A PMP or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple technology projects using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies. - Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies. - Coordinate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, development teams, QA, and infrastructure teams. - Drive project planning, estimation, resource allocation, and execution. - Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to senior leadership. - Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions aligned with business objectives. - Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. - Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies. - Collaborate with technical teams to resolve blockers and ensure adherence to best practices. - Manage vendor and client communications where applicable. - Ensure compliance with banking industry standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements. - Drive continuous process improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

- 10+ years of overall IT experience. - Solid technical background in Java/J2EE or Microsoft .NET technologies.



- Proven experience managing enterprise software development projects. - Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies. - Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or Rally. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. - Strong leadership, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. - Experience in risk management, budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.

Domain Experience

- Mandatory experience in the Banking or Financial Services domain. - Exposure to Core Banking, Digital Banking, Payments, Lending, Cards, Wealth Management, or Regulatory Compliance projects is highly preferred.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. - PMP (Project Management Professional) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification is mandatory. - Additional Agile certifications (PSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe) are an added advantage.

Preferred Technical Skills

- Java/J2EE or Microsoft .NET ecosystem - REST APIs and Microservices - Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) - SQL and Database concepts - CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices - API Integration and Enterprise Architecture concepts
