- 10–15 years in data center engineering and delivery within hyperscale, large colocation, HPC, or AI environments
- Project Leadership - Proven success leading end-to-end design, construction, commissioning, and operational handover for multi-megawatt IT fit-outs, including strict change control in live environments.
- High-Density & Thermal Expertise - Deep hands-on knowledge of high-density rack integration and direct liquid cooling (DLC), including CDUs, TCS/FWS boundaries, fluid manifolds, quick disconnects, leak detection, and thermal validation.
- Physical-Layer Mastery - Robust grasp of physical infrastructure, encompassing rack layouts, containment systems, structured cabling, optical-loss budgets, fiber testing/cleaning, and as-built documentation.




- Facility & Controls Integration - Solid understanding of critical-facility resilience, telemetry, and commissioning, enabling you to effectively interface with and challenge MEP subject matter experts.
- Engineering Literacy - Highly proficient in interpreting complex technical documentation, including SLDs, flow diagrams, P&IDs;, control narratives, rack elevations, cable schedules, and commissioning scripts.
- Cross-Functional Management - Demonstrated ability to lead consultants, OEMs, and contractors through fast-track, phased deployments, backed by clear executive-level communication skills
