Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Specialist role based in Bandra.

The Talent Acquisition

Specialist will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring decisions for roles across the organization. The role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, defining role requirements, and creating accurate and inclusive job descriptions. The specialist will contribute to employer branding initiatives, ensure a positive candidate experience,



and maintain recruitment metrics and reports.

Day-to-day responsibilities also include managing recruitment platforms, building talent pipelines, and ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant labor regulations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and offer management.
- Candidates should possess skills in Hiring and Interviewing, with the ability to partner with stakeholders and conduct structured, fair assessments.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in Employer Branding, including promoting the organization’s value proposition and enhancing its presence across relevant channels.
- Experience in talent acquisition within financial services, fintech, or fast-growing organizations is beneficial.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple requisitions, and meet hiring timelines.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment platforms, and basic HR analytics is preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is desirable.
