Talent Acquisition Specialist : 1–2 Years

Location: Mumbai | Experience: 1–2 Years | Work Mode: On-site

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing HR team at Zell Education.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions.
- Understand hiring requirements and create effective JDs.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements and culture fit.
- Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and manage offer rollouts.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Work closely with hiring managers to close positions within TAT.

Requirements:

- 1–2 years of experience in end-to-end Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
- Robust sourcing, communication, and candidate management skills.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn & Naukri.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders effectively.
