What You’ll Be Responsible For

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Clinical & Life Sciences roles.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter and other job portals.
- Use Boolean searches,



keyword searches and advanced sourcing techniques to identify relevant profiles.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for niche skill sets including Clinical SAS, Statistical Programming, and Biometrics.
- Screen candidates and assess profiles against technical and experience requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate follow-ups throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand complex requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards and reports to monitor hiring progress.
- Ensure timely closures while maintaining a strong candidate experience.

What We’re Looking For

- Graduate/MBA in HR or a related discipline.
- 4–6 years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in the Clinical, Pharma, CRO or Life Sciences domain.
- Strong hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn sourcing.
- Good understanding of Clinical SAS, Statistical Programming, Biometrics and related clinical skill sets.
- Ability to identify and attract niche and hard-to-find talent.
- Robust communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Good Excel and recruitment reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment.
