Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Executive to manage procurement coordination, inventory tracking, vendor follow-ups, shipment planning, and day-to-day supply chain operations for laptops, tablets, and electronic products.

The candidate should be passionate about technology products, gadgets, and operational management. Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with suppliers, factories, and logistics partners for material planning and shipment execution.
- Track purchase orders, invoices, dispatch schedules, and delivery timelines.
- Manage inventory records and stock movement.
- Follow up with vendors for quotations, production status, and shipment updates.
- Prepare BOM comparisons, costing sheets, and procurement reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams including sales, finance, and operations.
- Maintain documentation related to imports, exports, logistics, and procurement.
- Support CKD/SKD material planning and shipment coordination.




- Monitor daily supply chain activities and resolve operational issues.
- Ensure timely delivery and smooth execution of procurement processes.

Required Skills

- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong follow-up and vendor management capability.
- Basic understanding of supply chain and procurement processes.
- Interest in latest technology products, gadgets, laptops, tablets, and electronics.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in electronics, laptop, tablet, or mobile industry.
- Knowledge of import/export documentation.
- Understanding of BOM and component-level procurement.
- Familiarity with ERP systems is an added advantage.
