Job Purpose/ Summary

SUP-Fin-OPS-SAWL Achieve shift wise production target with quality norms as per Process chart / ITP, Eliminate defect generate from finishing section to achieve 100% FTR, Ensure availability of Tools, Tackles & Consumables for smooth function of production, Ensure Secure & clean work environment & safety PPEs in department / section, Calibration of lifting tools & tackles, Equipment & measuring instruments

Productivity. Achieve shiftwise production target as per production plan Job Planning. Create material requisition and check availability of SV/DV based on shop floor requirement, Ensure proper m/c setting to get desire pipe quality Quality Control and QA related.

Monitoring of m/c parameter during operation, Inspection of pipe dimension after completion of process Budget Control. Monitoring and maintain department Inventory, Monitoring of SV and DV item consumption for welding department Industrial Safety. Ensure safe working condition and maintain good housekeeping on the shop floor People development.

Aware department & contract manpower about safe work practice through daily tool box talk New initiative. Lead to drive SWA, 7S, TPM, FMECA, Root Cause Analysis in department

Ensure the smooth functioning of the Finishing section activities during the respective shift maintaining high standards of operational efficiencybrCollaborate with the maintenance department to maintain the health and efficiency of all finishing section machines ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performancebrEliminate defects generated in the finishing section to achieve quality objectives and Key Performance Indicators KPIs striving for excellence in product outputbrEnsure the availability of tools tackles and consumables to facilitate smooth production operations preventing any disruptions in the workflowbrLead and drive initiatives such as Safety Work Analysis SWA 7S Total Productive Maintenance TPM Failure Mode Effects and Criticality Analysis FMECA and Root Cause Analysis within the department to foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
