Spectral Consultants is hiring a Senior Associate – Statutory Audit for a leading global advisory and accounting firm.

Location: Gurgaon & Bangalore

Experience: 1.5–3 years

Qualification: CA / CPA

Key Responsibilities

- Support and guide team members through audit planning and fieldwork
- Perform and review audit procedures, including substantive testing, internal controls and analytical reviews
- Prepare and review audit workpapers and financial statements
- Identify and resolve technical accounting and auditing matters
- Assist Managers/Partners with risk assessment and audit planning
- Prepare draft audit reports and key engagement deliverables
- Manage client communication and maintain robust professional relationships
- Contribute to process improvement and audit quality initiatives
