Main Goal To provide the best operational services to the R &

- D team in terms of quality, efficiency and competitiveness.

The success of a good trial is greatly influenced by the quality of the operational services provided to the team and therefore the Station Manager’s job is very crucial.

Reporting to R &

- D operations Manager, Station manager is responsible for the overall development of the station

- Taking care of Safety, Health and Environment at the station
- Allocating land to the different crops and planning crop rotation.
- Planning labour requirements.
- Sourcing and inventory of all inputs including phyto-chemicals.
- Establishing irrigation facilities and maintenance of irrigation equipment, machineries and green houses.
- Establish and propose to the Manager CAPEX, OPEX and manage them
- Possession and renewal of documents pertaining to R &
- B like land lease renewal, general license from Panchayat or Government body, Electricity Board or any other departments.
- Hiring security for the breeding station.
- Documenting surface area utilized for R &
- D analytics

What We Expect Of You

- Should have a sound knowledge of Agronomy (crop planning,



field preparation, crop rotation, pest management)
- Should have a knowledge of all the statutory requirements for establishing & running the station
- Should be an effective communicator (both verbal & non- verbal communication) in English & the local language.
- Possess a good knowledge of computer basics.
- Should be a team player.
