? Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team across the assigned state.
- Drive business growth and achieve state-level sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and channel partners.
- Expand and strengthen the distribution network.
- Identify new business opportunities and improve market penetration.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets.
- Conduct regular market visits and support the field sales team.
- Build long-term relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders.
