Job Title: Sr. Taxation Executive

About the Role

- Manage end-to-end Indirect Tax (GST)



compliances and direct tax.
- Prepare and file Income Tax returns, TDS/TCS returns, GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, GSTR-9C & ISD), and other statutory filings.
- Handle TDS deduction, payment, reconciliation, and Form 26AS/AIS/TIS reconciliation.
- Manage GST reconciliation, GSTR-2B vs. books, ITC verification, GST liability reconciliation, and Form 26AS/AIS/TIS reconciliation.
- Review GST applicability, HSN/SAC classification, tax rates, RCM, e-invoicing, and e-way bill compliance.
- Prepare advance tax, tax provisions, and other tax workings.
- Handle Income Tax and GST notices, assessments, audits, and departmental queries.
- Coordinate with tax consultants, auditors, and tax authorities.
- Monitor tax payments, statutory deadlines, and maintain a tax compliance calendar.
- Provide tax inputs on business transactions, contracts, and commercial matters.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of tax returns, challans, reconciliations, and assessments.

Preferred Qualifications

- 4–7 years of progressive experience in taxation, preferably within the Manufacturing, FMCG, or BPC industry,
- Education: M.COM/CA Inter/CMA qualification
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, SAP
